How to brighten your eyes
3 Ways to Get Bright White Eyes
Do you ever feel like your eyes look tired and sleep just does not seem to help? Or when eye shadow has just become so dark that your eyes look suppressed under all the makeup? Today’s instructable will lighten up on how your eyes look in just a few simple steps for a faux.
This trick can be done with either a naked eye or a full face of makeup. Let’s start!
1. Concealer in your shadow
2. Shadow that is a pop of brightness that suits your look
3. A white / fleshy shadow stick / eyeliner
Step 1: Apply Concealer
I like applying Concealer after all the dark eyeshadows is on, so I can definitely clear out that while applying shadow could clean up.
Place concealer in a triangle shape as shown above, focusing on the inner eye and on the forehead bones. Mix with your finger or a concealer brush until well mixed. Do you see the difference in time?!
Step 2: Apply eyelid text markers
With a lighter color that matches your shadow shadow, pat in place on the center of the eyelid. This gives your eye a more 3D effect.
Step 3: Highlight the inner corners
Use either the brightest color of your eyemakeup palette used for your shadow or a separate more shimmery shadow, highlight the inner corner (the V) of your eye.
Optional: If you stick with a shadow like I am or if you have a white / fleshy eyeliner, line the lower waterline for an extra eye opener.
Finish the rest of your eye makeup and you’re done!
